The new pure cloud release of Synergy SKY CONNECT brings Click to JOIN, Scan to JOIN, and Join by ID to the cloud – making it easier than ever to enable seamless video interoperability across all meetings, including Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, and Apple FaceTime.

This is CONNECT at its most accessible.

The world’s meeting rooms run on countless technologies from – Teams, Zoom, Google, Meet, Logitech, Cisco, Poly, DTEN, Neat etc. CONNECT already bridges these worlds with a consistent JOIN experience. Now, with the cloud-native release, everything becomes even more streamlined.

Click to JOIN
Join any scheduled meeting with one click on the remote control or touch panel in the meeting room.
Scan to JOIN
Use your smartphone to scan the QR code in the room and launch the meeting instantly without booking the room. No apps. No setup. Pure convenience.
Join by ID
If it has a meeting ID, CONNECT can join it. No need to worry about platform compatibility or device restrictions.

These services now run fully in the cloud, eliminating the need for on-premises infrastructure.

Click to JOIN	Schedule meeting in calendar and start with one click. For Cisco devices it is called One Button to Push, OBTP. For Poly devices it is called One Touch Dial, OTD.
Scan to JOIN	Dial a fixed number and scan the QR code on the screen. Select the meeting from your calendar on your mobile.
Join by ID	From a video conferencing system dial "t.meetingID@joingw.com" where you replace "meetingID" with the Meeting ID found in invitation
