    Responsibilities

    Do you want to join a small and agile team where you can make a difference in a global high-tech company? At Synergy SKY you will be involved in every aspect of driving our business forward including product marketing, planning and participating in global events, creating content and campaigns etc. All your skills, ideas and enthusiasm are welcome here. 

    A typical day might include: 

    • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising 
    • Developing and maintaining our web pages and social media presence 
    • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns 
    • Inbound lead generation 
    • Interact with our partners and customers to create case studies, campaigns etc 
    • Event planning and participation

     

    Challenge

    We know that the market opportunity is immense – we just need to get on our customers “radar”. In the last two years we have added some 20 of the Fortune 500 companies to our customer list. Our ambition now is to add the remaining 480, as well as thousands of other companies outside the Fortune 500 to our client base.

    The good news is that we have already made some very good traction, with current customers ranging from SME to Enterprise.

     

    Tools & Requirements

    We are using HubSpot for marketing, CRM and sales. You must have knowledge of HubSpot or another similar CRM tool. Other requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
    • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
    • Solid understanding of SEO / SEM and Google marketing tools
    • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Company language - English!
    • Norwegian work permit!

    In addition, we expect you to know Microsoft Office tools and it is preferable that you have some experience with photo / video editing software.
