    Job description

    Synergy SKY develops Software solutions for the video conferencing market. We offer a key position in a small company with big global ambitions, and; your opportunity here is great. We have a unique market position which makes us relevant for every organization in the world with our in-house developed SW. And we have customers on all continents.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    · Drive growth through digital marketing.

    · Produce international web and SoMe content and campaigns.

    · Create marketing material.

    · Lead generating activities.

    · Event planning and participation

    · Write text.

    · Inbound lead generation.

    · Interact with our partners and customers to create case studies etc.

     

    All in close cooperation with our sales and marketing team.

     

    Must Know Tools - This is a hard requirement:

    • HubSpot (Crucial for Inbound/CRM)
    • Google Analytics, Search Console, & Ads (Data-driven growth)
    • LinkedIn Marketing (Our core channel)

     

    Experience and qualifications:

    To be successful in this role, you should possess the following experience and qualifications:

    • Extensive experience in B2B marketing, with a strong track record in campaign strategy, execution, and commercial processes within the B2B software or enterprise technology sector.
    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, or other relevant fields.
    • Proven track record in demand generation, with emphasis on leveraging data-driven insights to design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing initiatives for measurable growth.
    • Customer-centric mindset, skilled in transforming technical features (like video interoperability) and market insights into value-driven messaging and content that resonates with IT and procurement leaders.
    • Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing platforms, customer journeys, and performance metrics.
    • Strong strategic thinking to guide global campaigns, combined with the operational discipline and attention to detail required for a small, high-growth company.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with sales, partners, and customers on a global scale.
    • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
