Synergy SKY CONNECT Device License (SKYLICENSE-CONNECT-xx) CONNECT is a standards-based multi-platform video interoperability gateway which converts WebRTC to SIP so that all generations of Cisco, Poly, or Lifesize endpoints can join Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Apple Facetime, and Google Meetings. The endpoints must be registered as SIP devices to the Webex Cloud, Cisco Call manager, Cisco VCS, Poly DMA/CMA, or to the Synergy SKY SIP Registrar.
CONNECT consists of two components: a cloud–based interoperability service delivered by Synergy SKY via its global datacenter network and a self–hosted Management Suite. The Management Suite is a Linux-based virtual machine image that can be hosted within most virtualized environments including AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle, Nutanix, VMWare, and Hyper-V.
