Start

First step was to roll out Synergy JOIN internally to 400 video end points. This was done over a weekend and was according to Brandon – “relatively easy to install and even better; we got only positive feedback from our users”

Synergy JOIN replaced Cisco TMS as the room scheduling solution at WWT, and Brandon was curious to get Cisco’s reaction to the new JOIN solution.  Surprisingly, Cisco’s reaction was positive and they commented, “We love that stuff, it just works”. (Synergy JOIN)

Last quarter WWT won 5 deals with Synergy SKY, 3 of them were Fortune 500 companies with global roll-outs of the Synergy SKY solutions (JOIN & CONTROL & ANALYZE). Brandon goes on and shares an important observation from the last quarter. One construction company came into our demo facility to get an overview over the latest in data center products to refit existing solutions. One of the WWT presenters was going to participate over video, so the sales rep hits the green button and the call came up. The customers Chief Strategy Officer said: “what was that – how did you do that? You need to do this same thing tomorrow as I will bring my CEO”. As the construction company deals with multiple clients on different platforms – they can now, with Synergy JOIN, meet everyone using the same method.

Key learning: Seeing is believing! Demo the simplicity of scheduling and starting video meetings is a must to every customer
