  • No-show meetings

    When no one shows up for the meeting but the meeting room remains booked out, it can cost the business both time and money.

    With the Synergy SKY Suite, you can automatically release booked meeting rooms with the use of IoT sensors. Sensors supported are Cisco Room Series and Synergy Sensors. You can also decide if the meeting organizer should receive an email alert with the option of releasing the room.

  • Ghost meetings/No-shows

    When you book a meeting room, but no one shows up in it when it's time for the meeting, it's called a ghost meeting. This problem might happen when the meeting organizer decides to work from home or a different location, and forgets to cancel the room booking.     By utilizing the people count function in Cisco Room Series you can see actual utilization of meeting rooms both live and in post-meeting reports and analytics

    With the Synergy SKY Suite, you can get an overview of the number of people in the meeting rooms by activating the sensors in your endpoints and configure them in the Synergy SKY Suite tool. Set thresholds and triggers that send warnings to admin/organizer of the meeting.

  • Forwarding meetings to meeting rooms or other endpoints

    When you receive or create a meeting invitation, external or internal, and you decide to execute the meeting in a meeting room or on a different endpoint, it can be challenging to dial into the meeting.

    With the Synergy SKY Suite, you can have the one-button-to-push appear in the meeting rooms of your choice simply by forwarding the meeting invitation to the alias of your endpoint in your calendar/email client. You can also forward to endpoints in remote locations or home offices.
