Subprocessors
Synergy Sky AS and all of its subsidiaries (collectively “Synergy Sky”) use subprocessors to provide the best experience and service to partners, end customers, and end users when using our ‘UC&C’ products and services or visiting our websites.
A subprocessor is a third-party data processor engaged by Synergy Sky, who has or potentially will have access to or process service data or personal data. Synergy Sky engages different types of subprocessors to perform various processing functions as further explained in this document.
Synergy Sky undertakes to use a reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy, and confidentiality practices of subprocessors that will or may have access to or process service data and personal data. Synergy Sky requires its subprocessors to satisfy equivalent data protection obligations as those instructions documented from Data Controllers on Synergy Sky, also in such a manner that the processing will meet the requirements of applicable Privacy Law.
