Sales Demo Scenario​

  1. Walk into the client’s office and enter any Cisco or Poly based meeting room

  2. Agree on a meeting platform. Ask them to invite you to a meeting using Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet. Accept the meeting invite.

  3. On the room controller, dial go@joingw.com or your partner specific address

  4. A QR code appears instantly on the room system screen

  5. Scan the QR code with your mobile device to access your scheduled meetings

  6. Select the agreed meeting and tap Join

  7. You are now in the meeting from the room system
