Product Marketing Manager responsibilities include:
- Learn and understand company products
- Translate technical details into benefits for the user
- Follow and analyze market trends to position our products
- Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, PowerPoint presentations blog, product sheets)
- Work with various teams to implement strategies
- Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
For this role, you need to be a creative and quantitative thinker. You should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, like email campaigns and pricing strategies.
- Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, or similar role, preferably within IT
- Background in design and copywriting is a plus
- Experience in market analysis
- Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
- Working knowledge of web analytics tools and associated insights
- Owned and managed relationships with partners
- Excellent communication skills and Native English-level proficiency
- Great project management knowledge
- A keen eye for detail
- Analytical mind
We know that the market opportunity is immense – we just need to get on our customer’s “radar”. In the last years, we have added some 30 of the Fortune 500 companies to our customer list. Our ambition now is to add the remaining 470, as well as thousands of other companies outside the Fortune 500 to our client base.
The good news is that we have already made some very good traction, with current customers ranging from SME to Enterprise.
Tools & Requirements
We are using HubSpot for marketing, CRM and sales. You must have knowledge of HubSpot or another similar CRM and CMS tool. Other requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Company language - English!
- Norwegian work permit!
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- In addition, we expect you to know Microsoft Office tools and be able to make dazzling presentations in PowerPoint
