Synergy SKY announces General Availability for the Enterprise Edition Hybrid Cloud Service
Synergy SKY has today made its Enterprise Edition available to customers and partners. Organizations that manage their own video infrastructure can now get instant access to the popular Synergy SKY reporting functions through a new hybrid cloud service.
This new platform was announced in June and was very well received by the market during the first demonstrations at infoComm in Las Vegas.
With Synergy SKY Enterprise Edition organizations are now able to measure the utilization of on-premises video infrastructure. Reports showing usage over time per region and collaboration type will help justify the collaboration budget. Real-time monitoring and alerts will reduce maintenance costs and increase user success rates.
The new platform for enterprise customers is based on the Synergy MANAGE, and it includes select and enhanced features and functions from that well-established product that was released back in 2012.
“With a focus on security and data privacy, the Enterprise Edition has been developed as a true hybrid cloud solution, where all vital data is securely stored on customers’ premises,” said Egil Hasting, CTO at Synergy SKY.
The Synergy SKY Enterprise Edition is designed for companies of all sizes that have invested in infrastructure for video conferencing. The debut version contains reporting functionality for Pexip and Acano (now part of Cisco), while more features and supported vendors will be added in rapid progression.
