Synergy SKY is developing Software solutions for the video conferencing market. We offer a key position in a small company with big global ambitions; and your opportunity here is great. Our products are relevant for every organization using video conference / Skype4B.

Main responsibility will be to open larger accounts and establish and develop long term business relationships with clients. Additionally, you will pursue new business opportunities, and consult with executives to help them improve and develop their business; both Service Providers and Enterprise customers. We have an indirect sales model, and you will manage be in charge for developing and managing channels.

Experience Required

You have talent for sales - it’s not what you have sold but how successful you are that is important. You are comfortable with solutions selling, preferably communications solutions, and are keen on working with cutting edge solutions within unified communication.

Person Specification

The person we would like to join our team is self-motivated, organized and structured. You are a proactive, naturally talented communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills. Besides an entrepreneurial mindset, you are highly driven, sales focused, and understand that success with larger accounts is the result of a team effort.

The team

You will have a team of experienced sales and technical presales colleagues around you. Company language is English. We work hard, and we celebrate each other’s successes. Video conferencing also gives you freedom to work from anywhere which benefits our work life balance.


We are developing software for the unified collaboration market, and knowledge of technologies such as Skype for Business, MS Exchange and video conferencing is therefore an advantage.

Sales Executive and Sales Engineer

The best part of this job is that we make and sell products that every video user wants and love.

Secondly, the market is endless, and we have just started!

You can embark on our flight to the SKY and join this Scandinavian excursion to make virtual meetings easier to start, control and measure.

The Sales Executive role will get independent responsibility to grow the market by partnering with the best and do high touch sales to the most important clients. You have enthusiasm above the normal for sales and life -improving technology.

The Sales Engineer will be the number two SE in US and get all the responsibility and perks that comes with that. First you need to roll up your sleeves and train partners, assist installations, answer partners etc. Typical pre-and post-sales duties. Then help build team and routines. Always stay on top of technology by training and spending time with our technical team.

Synergy SKY are experts in videoconferencing analytics, reporting, monitoring and scheduling. Supporting Microsoft Skype for Business, Cisco / Acano, Pexip, Polycom, StarLeaf, WebRTC and others....and we have lots of fun!

Vi utvikler og markedsfører produkter som er tilpasset bl a Microsoft og Cisco videokonferanseløsninger.

Vi vokser fort om dagen og mulighetene her er store. Vi er nå 22 personer globalt (Norge, Sverige, USA og Panama). Vi er alle glade i jobben vår og vi er alt fra tekniske nerder til løsnings evangelister.

Dette er ting vi jobber med og på: Windows, MSSQL, IIS, .Net, Linux, MongoDB, ejabberd/XMPP, slapd, python, c#, c++, java, shell (bash), freebsd.

Du vil motta opplæring og få nødvendig utstyr til å gjøre en god jobb. Dine første oppgaver vil være support av våre eksisterende kunder over telefon / mail / nett.

Siden det er produkt utvikling vi driver med håper vi du har ambisjoner innen programmering eller system utvikling. Oppgavene vil være varierte og i sammen vil vi finne gode karrieremuligheter både under og etter studie.


2 – 3 ettermiddag / kvelder per uke. Forhåpentligvis full stilling etter studie.
