Main responsibility will be to open larger accounts and establish and develop long term business relationships with clients. Additionally, you will pursue new business opportunities, and consult with executives to help them improve and develop their business; both Service Providers and Enterprise customers. We have an indirect sales model, and you will manage be in charge for developing and managing channels.

Senior Software Development Manager

Oslo, Norway

We at Synergy SKY develop and market revolutionizing software for the video conferencing market. We are leaders in developing usability, management and analytic platforms for a global market.

Our customers are coming in all flavors from all around the world and we always do our best to exceed their expectations and to make our products easy to use and let the customer have an incredible experience using them.

As the Senior Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing and leading the R&D processes and overseeing the development team to ensure the smooth transfer of new technology solutions to all groups or departments involved in innovation.

This role also requires you to contribute towards the development of collaboration / videoconferencing platforms for the enterprise and service provider market

As the successful candidate, you will manage and direct the R&D programs/teams and steer the development team to meet business needs and capitalize on new projects. You will develop and implement development and research procedures and techniques, oversee complex research projects, analyze the results then provide recommendations based on your findings.

You will ensure projects and solutions are delivered on time and in budget ensuring they are competitive and in line with brand/product strategy. You will have an excellent technical understanding to provide the management and project teams with in-depth technical options.

As part of your new role you will have responsibility for ensuring that the development team work as efficiently as possible by having clear goals and objectives. You will have accountability for the deliverables through the full project lifecycle and work with the various department heads to determine software requirements and how software applications can achieve business objectives. It is important to build and maintain relationships across the business and can identify and gaps in your team’s knowledge.

To be successful for this role you will have strong technical and analytical skills and a previous track record as a developer moving into a more senior level position with an interest or experience in R&D. You will have a demonstrable track record in the design and development of enterprise and/or commercial software system. You will need an understanding of all relevant current technologies and be commercially aware with a knowledge of new and upcoming technologies and how this will relate to the business.

Todays technology stack consist of: .Net, ASP.Net, MS-SQL, JDK/JRE, Mono, Python-C, MongoDB, FreeBSD, Linux, Windows, XMPP/ejabberd, angular/Typescript, SASS. Code language actively in use: C#, Javascript/Typescript, Java, C++, Python.

Sales Executive and Sales Engineer

You can embark on our flight to the SKY and join this Scandinavian excursion to make virtual meetings easier to start, control and measure.

The Sales Executive role will get independent responsibility to grow the market by partnering with the best and do high touch sales to the most important clients. You have enthusiasm above the normal for sales and life -improving technology.

The Sales Engineer will be the number two SE in US and get all the responsibility and perks that comes with that. First you need to roll up your sleeves and train partners, assist installations, answer partners etc. Typical pre-and post-sales duties. Then help build team and routines. Always stay on top of technology by training and spending time with our technical team.

Synergy SKY are experts in videoconferencing analytics, reporting, monitoring and scheduling. Supporting Microsoft Skype for Business, Cisco / Acano, Pexip, Polycom, StarLeaf, WebRTC and others....and we have lots of fun!
